I bought this year in early summer 2009 and used quite regularly on weekend projects around the house. I found the drill very well built and sturdy. This is an exercise very well balanced and very powerful. A large part of the price. There are two problems I have with the drill, two of which have been mentioned by other users; The 1-pitched noise when it starts the drill can be very annoying after prolonged use. 2 Do not see the point of having a speed control in this exercise.
