It arrived a bit smaller than expected, and strange looking compared to the horizontal filters I have (and are finally burning out). All in all, (it came with 3 extra filters as part of the one day deal), if you can get it for significantly less than the horizontal desktop model of the air filter (at the moment is is on sale for $38 - which I would have grabbed had I not already bought this one without any ideal what to expect) GO FOR IT.
